Introductions, I guess?

Hi, everyone! I go by several names on the internet, but the most salient of them are Cap/Caprice and Sieve. I'm new to Dreamwidth and out of my element, so any help with site mechanics would be greatly appreciated. I am, as they say, unmoored.
